Dear Patients,
As you may have seen from previous communications, there have been a number of changes taking place at Dillman Clinic & Lab. My priority is to keep you informed every step of the way.
I am pleased to share that I will be joining Northfield Hospital + Clinic. When the transition comes, the plan is for me to continue seeing patients at the current Dillman Clinic & Lab location, but under the Northfield Hospital + Clinics name.
Clinic Closure: Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the clinic closing?
Over the years, the clinic has faced ongoing financial challenges, and unfortunately, it is no longer sustainable for me to continue operating independently and therefore a 45 day clinic closure notice has been sent to all patients.
How will the clinic’s closure affect my care?
Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition with no disruption to your medical care. Patients may choose to continue seeing me, Dr. Dillman, or transfer to another clinic and provider. If you choose to continue care with me, you will be able to do so through Northfield Hospital + Clinics. During the transition period, if you need assistance, any provider at Northfield Hospital + Clinics will be available to support you.
I view this change as a positive step forward, as it will expand access to medical services and resources for all patients.
When is the last day I can receive care at Dillman Clinic?
I will be seeing patients in person through December 1, 2025. After that date, I will remain available by phone for medication refills and medical questions.
Updates will be posted here once a confirmed start date with Northfield Hospital + Clinics is established.
Can I continue seeing Dr. Dillman as my provider?
Yes. You may continue to see me under Northfield Hospital + Clinics once the transition is complete.
Will my insurance still be accepted?
Insurance coverage depends on the clinic you choose to receive care from. Please contact your chosen clinic directly to confirm whether they accept your insurance.
To my knowledge, Northfield Hospital + Clinics accepts all major insurance plans.
How can I request a copy of my medical records?
All patients have been mailed a Release of Information form, which is also available on our website.
A separate form must be completed for each patient. Please complete sections 1, 4, and 9 of the form.
If you disagree with any pre-checked boxes, you may cross them out, initial the change, and leave section 8 blank unless you wish to set an earlier expiration date for the release.
For minors, please sign and date on the second line of section 9, and list your relationship to the minor on the third line.
Will my prescriptions still be refilled after the clinic closes?
Yes. I will continue to refill prescriptions through December 31, 2025.
To avoid any delays, please submit refill requests as early as possible.
Who should I contact if I have a medical concern before establishing care with a new provider?
You may continue to contact me through December 31, 2025, using the same methods as before — either by sending a medical message or by calling the clinic at 952-388-1212.
